a dreamy week
amazing staff spacious room
the staff was amazing! they were genuinely caring and attentive to every need. the room was very spacious and clean, i enjoyed the extra space and the fresh towels every day.
the elevator service was sometimes slow, especially during peak hours. i occasionally had to wait longer than expected.

the hotel is near the beach in a clean and beautiful resort. the view from the balcony is superb! local shops and restaurants were easily accessible, and i loved that everything was just a short walk away.

poor isolation limited food
The hotel room I stayed in was quite dated, showing its age. The noise isolation was very poor. I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. The variety of food at dinner was disappointing. The buffet seemed repetitive, and the quality was mediocre at best. Paying extra for water during dinner felt cheap, especially considering the price of the stay.

The hotel's position near shops AND restaurants IS very handy. i found ALL staff VERY helpful. The pool area worked great FOR children. i LOVED the gym and the pools. THEY were well-equipped.

attentive staff sufficient sunbeds fresh food
The staff were attentive and helpful throughout the entire stay (they always greeted us with a smile!). The pool area featured plenty of sunbeds, so finding a spot was never a problem. I liked the food selection. There was something for everyone, and it was always fresh.

the staff in the bar area WERE very helpful especially mario and migue WERE friendly and fun with the kids food selection included fresh healthy options daily the three zone pool area IS perfect for cooling off.

cleanliness spacious room
i found the pool area large and clean. it had plenty of sunbeds. Inside areas were very clean. the room was spacious and cleaned daily apart from mondays.

the pool area was large, acceptable i suppose, and did have plenty of sunbeds.
the rooms are very dated, i gotta say. my room was dusty and seemed generally uncared for. plus, the elevators were tiny and one was out of service when i arrived, like really? this place acts like a four-star.
